Charges will apply for EU roaming

Hello Roger, It looks like you haven’t used your phone in the UK recently. This means that roaming in the EU and selected destinations will now be charged from your top-up balance, even if you have a goodybag. You need to have used your phone in the UK at least once in the past 2 months to enjoy inclusive roaming. When you do we’ll automatically turn on EU roaming as part of your goodybag. You can check your status below in case you think you’ve done this already. No effect on users in Andorra which is £1.00 a minute to make and receive calls and £5.00 mb for data but a bit of a pain if you are in the EU.
